developer of broadband personal video communications solutions,
today announced the non-exclusive licensing of its entire U.S.
patent portfolio to TeleFone TV Network, Inc. with regard to
certain Internet Protocol Broadband Videophones. TeleFone TV
Network intends to sell and distribute its services on a
nationwide basis. The patent portfolio consists of U.S. patents
5,802,281, 6,073,192, 6,397,275, 6,519,662, and 6,654,825 which
all pertain to interactive video communications. The perpetual
agreement requires TeleFone TV Network to pay royalty payments
of 8% on the manufacturing cost of the licensed product.
